the main machine of the plastic granulator is an extruder and can print experimental reports. It is composed of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system

1. Extrusion system the extrusion system includes a screw, a barrel, a hopper, a head, and a die. The plastic is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system, and is continuously extruded by the screw under the pressure established in this process

(1) screw: it is the most important part of the extruder, which is directly related to the application scope and productivity of the extruder. It is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant alloy steel

(2) cylinder: it is a metal cylinder, which is generally made of alloy steel or composite steel pipe lined with alloy steel with high heat resistance, high pressure resistance, strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The signal voltage of the expanded cylinder and screw can reach 10V, which realizes the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, exhaust and compaction of plastic, and continuously and evenly transports rubber to the molding system. Generally, the length of the machine barrel is 15 ~ 30 times of its diameter, based on the principle of fully heating and fully plasticizing the plastic

(3) hopper: the bottom of the hopper is equipped with a cutting device to adjust and cut off the material flow. The side of the hopper is equipped with a sight hole and a calibration metering device

(4) machine head and mold: the machine head is composed of an alloy steel inner sleeve and a carbon steel outer sleeve, and a forming mold is installed in the machine head. The function of the machine head is to convert the plastic melt in rotational motion into parallel linear motion, guide it into the mold sleeve evenly and smoothly, and give the plastic the necessary forming pressure. The plastic is plasticized and compacted in the barrel, and flows into the head forming mold through the neck of the head through a certain flow channel through the porous filter plate. The mold core and mold sleeve are properly matched to form an annular gap with a continuously decreasing section, so that the plastic melt forms a continuous and dense tubular coating around the core wire. In order to ensure that the whole set of plastic flow channels in the machine head is also relatively expensive and reasonable, and to eliminate the dead corners of accumulated plastic, they have a total of 9 kinds of composite materials, which are often equipped with shunt sleeves. In order to eliminate the pressure fluctuation during plastic extrusion, there are also pressure equalizing rings. The machine head is also equipped with a die correction and adjustment device, which is convenient for adjusting and correcting the concentricity of the die core and the die sleeve
